This project involved a two‑phase installation of instrumentation tubing inside a laboratory fume hood for a core-flood setup. The work focused solely on installation services, carried out by experienced technicians over multiple scheduled visits. All materials and equipment were provided by the client, while our team supplied the manpower, tools, and technical expertise required to complete the installation safely and efficiently.

Supply and Installation of Cylinder Regulator
A Leading Research Institute, Abu Dhabi

Supplied and installed a nitrogen cylinder regulator as part of an upgrade to the facility’s laboratory gas handling system. The regulator provided stable dual‑stage pressure control and was compatible with high‑pressure nitrogen cylinders used in research applications. Installation included proper connection to the existing gas line and verification of safe, leak‑free operation.

Safety Storage Cages
Shop Floor (Analytical and Laboratory Sector), Dubai

This project involved the supply, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of multiple safety storage cages designed for secure housing of high‑pressure compressed gas cylinders. The cages were custom‑fabricated in steel, painted for durability, and equipped with cylinder brackets and safety chains to ensure proper restraint and compliance with gas‑handling safety standards. The scope included delivery, on‑site installation, and final commissioning.

  • Design & Fabrication of Safety Storage Cages
    Custom‑built steel cages for bulk gas cylinder storage, fully painted and prepared for outdoor/indoor use.

  • Cylinder Capacity Configuration
    Multiple cages configured to accommodate various gas types and cylinder sizes, including Carbon Dioxide, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon mixtures, Zero Air, Synthetic Air, Helium, and specialty‑grade gases.

  • Safety Features
    Each cage equipped with cylinder brackets and safety chains for secure vertical holding of cylinders.

  • Supply, Transport & Installation
    End‑to‑end delivery, positioning, anchoring, and commissioning of all cages at the client facility.

Maintenance & Rectification
R&D Laboratory (Pharmaceutical Sector), Ras-Al-Khaimah

This project involved the service, calibration, and partial upgrade of the laboratory gas distribution system to restore high‑purity gas delivery and ensure reliable operation of the connected analytical instruments. The work included purification component replacement, pressure instrumentation calibration, stainless‑steel line upgrades, and full integrity testing of the gas path from cylinder to instrument.

  • Purification Panel Servicing
    Replaced Moisture Trap, Hydrocarbon Trap, and Oxygen Trap to re‑establish required gas purity levels.

  • Pressure Gauge Calibration
    Calibrated 16 pressure gauges across the purification panel and regulator assemblies for accurate system monitoring.

  • SS Flexible Hose Installation
    Installed SS flexible hoses between the cylinder regulators and the gas line for improved durability and vibration resistance.

  • Leak & Pressure Integrity Testing
    Performed complete leak test and pressure test from the cylinder outlet to the equipment inlet to verify system safety and performance.

  • Gas Line Upgrade to SS316
    Replaced existing copper tubing with SS316 lines after the purification panel, including all required fittings and tagging.

Electrical work for a Food Mixer
A Leading Research Institute, Abu Dhabi

This project involved the complete electrical installation, connection, and commissioning of the Dinox Food Mixer Machine to ensure safe, stable, and compliant power delivery for industrial operation. The work included supply and installation of high‑capacity cabling, structured cable management, interlocked socket assemblies, and full functional testing of the electrical system.

  • Flexible Cable Installation

    Installed 4mm × 4‑core RR flexible cable as required to provide reliable power distribution to the mixer machine, ensuring proper load handling and long‑term durability.

  • PVC Trunking Setup

    Mounted PVC trunking with protective sticker covering for neat, secure, and compliant cable routing across the installation area.

  • Interlocked Socket Installation

    Supplied and installed interlocked sockets, providing safe and controlled electrical connections suitable for heavy‑duty mixer operation.

  • Male Interlocked Socket Installation

    Installed interlocked sockets (220–240V) to ensure stable input connections and proper interface with the mixer’s electrical system.

  • Hardware, Tools & Support

    Utilized all required mounting hardware, tools, and accessories to complete the installation to professional electrical standards.

  • Testing & Commissioning

    Performed full electrical testing, verification of load connections, and final commissioning of the mixer machine to ensure safe operation, correct functionality, and compliance with industrial electrical requirements.
